John Williams, Site Supervisor

John completed his carpentry apprenticeship in England in 1972. He started his career working on restaurant, pub, hotel and motel construction, maintenance and renovations. As Production Manager, John was responsible for 30 employees including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and labourers. As such, he is familiar and knowledgeable with all aspects of construction and renovation.

John has worked with Cochren Homes since 1984. John is a master in finish work, including cabinetry and trim. He coordinates all aspects of onsite finish work such as kitchens, bathroom vanities, flooring and painting to ensure high quality workmanship and on time completion.
